The property was conveniently located near a train station and was very easy to access all train lines from skytree oshiage station just 1 stop away from our station, it has everything that you could possibly need for a big group to stay comfortable for the whole duration of our stay, we were able to cook and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and family mart was just around the corner plus local supermarket that practically has everything... Aside from a small issue of AC on one bedroom at the ground floor everything else was perfect... The room on the ground floor perfect for elderly people like my mom who can no longer climb stairs... Plus the property owner was very quick to response on all our queries... Will definitely recommend this property to any big group... It's simply PERFECT... I LOVE THE HOUSE...

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with friends and their kids, so there were 6 of us total (4 adults and 2 kids), and most of the options we found in Tokyo that could house all of us were very pricey or very cramped (or both!). This place had ample room for all of us, and we had a very comfortable stay in the quaint and quiet Sumida district. The house feels like it is brand new inside and out (and it may be, or may be very recently renovated). The appliances and furniture all seemed new, the design of the house felt very modern, and everything worked perfectly! We especially loved the heated floors in the living room, and the heater built into the bathroom ceiling, which not only made showers and baths much more comfortable, but also allowed towels left hanging in there after showers to dry much faster. There is also a washing machine in the unit that worked great, and long south-facing balconies on both floors with lots of hangers to dry clothes quickly. And there is a huge storage area (almost like an open closet) right inside the front door where you can store a LOT of luggage and hang clothes (there are also fairly large closets in each of the bedrooms). And one final thing worth mentioning that isn’t advertised is that there is a large rooftop terrace on top of the house that is accessible from the 3rd floor. There aren’t any amenities up there, but I’m a sucker for rooftop terraces, and I enjoyed taking a few photos of the city from up there. The owner of this place was super friendly and very accommodating. He patiently waited for us at the unit when we arrived a little later than expected (navigating the Tokyo train system for the first time in 20 years with lots of luggage is always fun), and showed us around the unit to make sure we were settled comfortably. He was extremely responsive to messages I sent, and offered us a lot of flexibility with our checkout time since we had a late flight. I highly recommend this place!

    Location is very good. Short walk to train station. Townhouses are very clean. The hand rails at the stairways are very thoughtful and handy for elderly going up and down. Nice and quiet area and good for groups travelling together. We had 13people and stayed in 2 villas.
