Such a beautiful property, just as advertised. Our room on the 1st floor was huge (Saffron) with an equally huge balcony overlooking the pool/ocean. We had delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the terrace. It felt like our own private house at times! The surfing area was just over a 5 min walk up the beach, the main reason for booking in this location, but Villa Saffron certainly didn't disappoint for the non surfing member of our team! Sunil and his team were absolutely amazing in the way they looked after us. Would highly recommend Villa Saffron.

The private entrance and perimeter were clearly well-maintained, The peaceful residential area of Pitiwella itself felt very safe. The knowledge that we were in a secure environment allowed us to truly unwind and enjoy our surroundings without any concerns. Beauty: A Picturesque and Calming Setting "Serene" is truly the perfect name for this villa. The beauty of Villa Serene lies in its .lush garden,charming architecture,sense of spaciousness. It's clear that care has been taken to create a visually appealing and calming environment. The garden views from the balcony, proximity to the tranquil Pitiwella Beach added to the overall picturesque atmosphere, inviting relaxation and quiet enjoyment. The Owners: Warmth and Thoughtful Care The personal touch provided by the owner/manager of Villa Serene was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort,Their local knowledge was invaluable, offering excellent recommendations for nearby activities and dining. This level of genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued guests, not just visitors, and contributed significantly to the charm of the villa.

Very nice property located about 5 mins walk to the beach. Very secluded and quiet, but yet all amenities (groceries, pharmacy, shops, etc) are around you. We had few hiccups with water pressure and hot water, but host was able to fix all issues in timely manner. Overall, fantastic value for your money, and I would recommend this property to anyone.
