Everything was perfect. Hashan was an attentive host that made sure all we needed was taken care of. Lovely villa, clean and spacious. The food was great. We had a lovely time. Such a beautiful property, just as advertised. Our room on the 1st floor was huge (Saffron) with an equally huge balcony overlooking the pool/ocean. We had delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the terrace. It felt like our own private house at times! The surfing area was just over a 5 min walk up the beach, the main reason for booking in this location, but Villa Saffron certainly didn't disappoint for the non surfing member of our team! Sunil and his team were absolutely amazing in the way they looked after us. Would highly recommend Villa Saffron.

Very nice property located about 5 mins walk to the beach. Very secluded and quiet, but yet all amenities (groceries, pharmacy, shops, etc) are around you. We had few hiccups with water pressure and hot water, but host was able to fix all issues in timely manner. Overall, fantastic value for your money, and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We just had the most fantastic stay at Nomad Nest in Hikkaduwa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. 1. Flawless Design & Comfort The villa’s contemporary architecture impressed us immediately. Bright, light-filled rooms with thoughtful details gave it a cozy yet elegant feel. It’s modern, spotless, and exactly as charming in person as it looks in photos. 2. Superb Facilities & Smart Living Every convenience was provided. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, and more, the villa offered ample space and functionality. The smart-home features were a standout: ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a digital assistant (Siri), Apple TV/streaming, and even a PlayStation 3. Relaxing Outdoor Space The outdoor pool, sun terrace, and lush garden were so inviting. We spent many relaxing moments around the beautifully maintained pool area 4. Location & Accessibility No need for long commutes—the villa is just a short drive (or tuk-tuk ride) from Hikkaduwa Beach (about 1 mile or a 5-minute drive) and within easy reach of local attractions. There’s also free private parking, which made getting around very easy 5. Incredible Host Our host, Lasantha, was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed us warmly, provided a thorough tour, and was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home 6. Super nice place with a perfect location, close to the train and bus stations in a quiet area. Very friendly family, and they make you feel welcome from the very first moment. Clean, hot shower with two towels, a/c that I barely used, and kitchen. Amazing value for money. Loved it!
