The property has very good location, only 10 minutes walk from coconut’s hill and some very good restaurants. the facilities are very good, it has a beautiful garden/jungle. The breakfast that Ruwan has prepared OMG!!! One of the best Dhal Curry you can have around the island. It is very comfortable place to spend your vacation in Mirissa. Our 2 years old loved the place as well! Thanks Ruwan for the great stay!

This was a perfect stay for us in every way. The rooms are comfortable, the property is soooooo quiet and peaceful. Feels like the most relaxed I’ve been in years! The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and the food was MINDBLOWINGLY good.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, but more like a home. Very beautiful building, spacious rooms, nice location on an empty beach. You cannot swim right in front of the hotel because of rocks, which gives the villa this private atmosphere, but there is a wonderful beach with turtles just 10 min walk through a nice coconut tree hill 🌴 Oh, and most most caring, friendly stuff! Absolutely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Very nice tree house run by a very kind and helpful family. The location is very good and is very close to the beach. Overall it was decently comfortable. But the experience was unique, and very good value.

    Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water. Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive. The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night.

    The villa is in a beautiful and peaceful location - right on the beach and a short walk into the main town area. The villa was beautifully decorated and really spacious. The staff were so friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. I’m coeliac so can’t have normal bread and they got me specific gluten free bread and made me delicious breakfasts. A few days of luxury, I’d highly recommend.

    This place was incredible, truly the best/most beautiful place we stayed during our time in Sri Lanka. The interiors are beautiful and pool plus beachfront mean this villa really has it all. Finally the service was exceptional, a really lovely team and given the small number of rooms it felt totally tranquil and private. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

    Boutique luxury on the edge of Mirissa and one of the best places we have ever stayed. The villa itself is stunning with a very quiet and clean private beach. Although the facilities are fantastic, what really makes this property is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for the guests and went above and beyond. Only four rooms so it almost felt like having our own private villa at times. The breakfast selection is excellent and we also really enjoyed our private dinner on the beach one night. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!

    If you choose Mirissa (Mandarabulla actually), Landrich Eco Villas could be on your top list. Some 200m away from the main road and you're almost in the middle of the tropical jungle with monkeys, squirrels, geckos on your roof. The room was spotless clean, good wireless internet. Everything was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. When we arrived on a hot day, there was cold beer and water in the fridge, much appreciated !
