It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We definitely recommend it and will surely come back! It’s probably one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness is exceptional, truly spotless. Everything is new and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. They have thought of every detail. There’s a front yard with parking and a lovely backyard with plenty of cozy spots to relax. It’s such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Inside, everything is modern, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a washing machine. The host was incredibly kind and communication was excellent. The only thing to note is that it’s not right in Kotor, but we traveled by car, so it was perfect for us. We loved driving into Kotor and coming back here to unwind. It’s a wonderful place to relax with your loved ones, and we truly can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Villa Invicta is THE most beautiful and wonderful place my family has ever experienced…A villa in every respect! The five king/queen bedrooms each feature their own en-suite bathroom/shower, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy. The single twin has its own as well. The kitchen is tastefully equipped with the latest culinary features. The clothes washer AND dryer are indispensable for groups as large as ours. The swimming pool is beautiful and pristine. Our sincere thanks to Zarklina and Milos for hosting us and being available to us throughout our week’s stay. Dobrota a wonderful tranquil respite, just minutes from Kotor. We’ve stayed in other places on the Montenegrin and Croatian coasts. We’ve never experienced a place like Villa Invicta.

We chose these villas as accommodation for ourselves and our guests, and we are so glad we did. Our host Marko was extremely accommodating and friendly, and also allowed us to check in earlier and check out slightly later which was super helpful. The pool and the main bedroom had absolutely fantastic views. The residence itself and the area outside of it are very stylish and clean. There is also a nice beach nearby, but you can enter the water via stairs next to the villa.
