Absolutely loved my stay at Mau Lakaz. The place was very neat and clean. We were offered complimentary tea bags which was great given that I am a tea lover. The view from the swimming pool was cherry on the cake. The host was very responsive. No noisy neighbours, which is a plus. Loved the master bedroom's bathroom and walking closet. Very well equipped - Iron, Hair dryer, utensils, steamer, vertical steamer iron, lots of towels (even pool towels), hangers, dish washer, hair and body shower gel (2 in 1), bbq, oven and big fridge. Kudos to that! There was also many safety signs. Thank you for hosting us Mau Lakaz.

Our stay at Belle Mare Villas was fantastic! The villa was beautifully furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the stunning coastline. The property is good value for its location, private pool and cleanliness. But the property manager makes rules of her own, not disclosed on booking.com. Guest cannot be expected to do the dishes(non working dishwasher) prior to check out at 10AM. The common areas cannot be used during summer as the main switch of the ACs are switched off.

Everything. Was tired upon arrival because the trip from the airport to almost any hotel in Mauritius takes an hour. Angela, who met me at the reception asked if I was hungry, and upon confirmation, she prepared me a meal with fish, rice, and a vegetable, for free. Very kind indeed. The beach was 5 minutes away, long and thin, hardly a soul there, pleasant temperature.

Big house on the sea side with 2 storeys. Ground floor is hall, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Upper floor is 3 bedroom, a bathroom with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Situated right across Palmar public beach, this place is a comfortable place for staying near Belle Mare beach in Mauritius. The owners greeted us with a warm welcome & came to meet us in the evening and guided us about local shops, places to visit, supermarkets and transport.
