The communication was great before our arrival. Daniel the building doorman and cleaning stuffs were excellent. We had 3 weeks stay and loved the location. The metro stop below were closed for update. Otherwise it would take you from MEX airport very easily. There is a washer/dryer on the rooftop terrace so making our stay super convenient. The is some noise from the bar on Fri to Sun, but is not too bad, we lived in the city so it doesn’t bother us at all. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was very spacious and very close to everything. To the main things to visit, public transportation, food and more. Also the staff was very great, anything we needed, they will answer pretty quick and fulfill our requests.

I really had a great time in general, I travel to Mexico a lot and this was the first time we stayed at this place and really liked it and will definitely will come back, the beds were so comfortable, kitchen all we needed was there. They left chocolates and water as courtesy.
