Nice location, a bit hillside; an easy walk away from the clean and not crowded beach. Nice view and peaceful surrounding. Convenient pool and whirlpool for easy relax at the place itself. Emma was a good host and served us well during our stay. The design and facilities were modern and looked relatively new. The kitchen had a full set of facilities and cooking utensils. The (fibreglass?) bathtub was big, much bigger than the typical bathtub. The TV was big (think 60 inch) and had Netflix. The dining table was big and comfortable, as were the dining table chairs.

This place was great and we really enjoyed the private pool. The lady who met us when we got there was very nice and showed us around. It's not a big property so easy to navigate outside your villa. The amenities were good, nice space inside the villa. There is a grocery store very close by along with food stalls and an awesome cocktail stall.

The room is cleaned everyday. New towels. Very quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy area like Patong. We travel with a small infant and she loved it. We stayed in a 2 bedrooms bungalow, so we have a very nice space for her to move around.The little garden and trees give a nice shade and tranquil feel. The staff were very nice.The bed was big and comfortable.

    Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need in a holiday villa. Pool was lovely. Even so central was quiet on the patio. The best thing is it was absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend and will hopefully get the opportunity to return.
