I have been around and all I can say is that this place tops many of the other places I stayed in. The owner takes personal care of everything in the facility, and she is always ready to help in a very welcoming way, you can clearly see how she puts her sweat and effort into building this place and providing her guests with a nice experience. The house is well equipped with everything you need, the kitchen has enough utensils, and she was even kind enough to keep some oil, salt and other stuff to help you cook without wasting resources. Free water dispenser at the reception utilizing humidity, very genuine and smart idea, I love the sustainability. Nice and clean swimming pool, made a difference in squeezing some energy out of our baby so she can sleep better. 1-2 minutes walk from a very cozy and less crowded beach, perfect for those who don't want to stay around the hassle and noise. Perfect for families, honeymooners and those who wanna enjoy some peace and quiet time. Thank you for a lovely stay MK and family

Very nice and cozy place in the garden. Comfortable bed, good facilities, garden view. Close by there is minimart and laundramat. You can rent a bike there. From main streets 20 min walk or few min drive. definatelly will come again

The villa was absolutely perfect – beautifully furnished, very clean, and with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private pool was amazing, and the location is wonderfully peaceful, ideal for unwinding away from the crowds. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift from the host, who went above and beyond to help us organize the rest of our trip during our short stay. Exceptional hospitality, great comfort, and a truly relaxing atmosphere – we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Koh Samui!

This cozy bungalow was perfect for my three week stay in Koh Samui! I loved the area up on the hill a short ride from the main drag. There is an excellent restaurant on site, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stat here. Highly recommend!!

Modern luxurious villa with swimming pool. Very close to Fisherman Village. Well equipped gym just opposite and minutes away from supermarket stores. Villa is very clean, neat and well equipped for the family stay. Host Marek is good to communicate and was in regular connect. He was very supportive to make our stay comfortable.

    I had a lovely stay here!! My bungalow was garden view and could always see monitor lizards from here which was awesome. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The owners were very kind and helped me with everything I need. Right on the beachfront!!

    My hut was located directly on the beautiful Lamai beach. Property had beachfront bar and restaurant. Basic hut with large bathroom and cold AC. One minute walk to main road. 7/11 and Lotus supermarket, as well as fresh market, were a short walk away. Lamai Beach road was also a short walk from property.

    Amazing beachfront location. Really relaxing stay. Social seating with great views which was useful for remote work. Friendly staff. Roughly 10 minute walk to a big night market with great food options. Close to other bars/restaurants. Quiet bungalow room.
