We booked the house for our daughter's 2 day graduation from VCU instead of driving back and forth an hour. The house was a great size for our party of 6. It was a lovely touch to have 3 bath towels per sleeping spot. That you don't find very often. James kept in touch throughout the weekend and assured us that if there was anything we needed, he would take care of it.

Great location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely front porch. The comfy bed, coffee bar, and kitchenette were perfect. Good communication and off street parking were helpful.
