This studio was beautiful, large, and fabulously furnished! Robin was amazing - friendly and available for questions, as needed. The suite was immaculate with lots of little and big touches. The room itself was large, with a king-sized bed, 2 armchairs, and a desk with a chair. There were lots of extras like a fan, iron, and ironing board, extra bedding, and plush robes in the closet. The drawers in the bathroom contained night lights, sunscreen, aloe, shaving cream, and all sorts of extra items, like Q-tips. There was a small refrigerator, freezer, pod coffee maker, and microwave. There were plates, napkins, silverware, coffee thermoses, salt and pepper, tea bags, and more in and around the top drawers of the dressers. They even provided a Red Rocks parking pass to borrow. Outside on the private patio, there was a fire pit and a glass dining table with chairs next to each. The location is perfect - with turn lanes off the main road, and a generally quiet location. We heard very little road noise during our two day stay. We highly recommend this suite!

House was located in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was clean, spacious, lovingly furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of room for everyone.

The Cozy Cottonwood Cabin was very centrally located to all of the different areas we wanted to visit while on our mini staycation. It was very comfortable & peaceful. It had everything, plus more, that we needed to make our stay easy & stress free! The gas grill outside was a very nice, convenient option as we love to grill, be outdoors & the view was a very nice change of scenery & pace from our usual hectic busy lives! Our host was very nice, available when needed (though we didn't need anything during our stay since everything we could have needed was already provided!) & unobtrusive. We could not have asked for better accomodations & we would definitely book here again when we are able to return to the Area for another staycation! Thank you so much, Mike & Harley!
