The home was really nice, well equipped with all of the necessities, and very clean. The pool was preheated for us when we got there. The host was real nice and very helpful with anything I needed help with. This is very well one of the nicer homes I have stayed in when my family and I travel to Florida. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The spacious house, there was plenty of room for our large family. Everyone had their own thing and place to go in the house. The game room was a hit for the teens! The younger kids loved the pool, I think they spent hours a day in it. There was something for everyone, including the resort pool and lazy river. The entire family had a great time! The family enjoyed having grocery and coffee shops so close to the resort. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our family vacation such a hit!!

Clean home, had everything we needed - we ended up bringing too much not realizing how fully equipped this house was. All of the dishes, cooking utensils, kitchen appliances (large and small), towels, paper products, cleaning supplies - everything was in this house. The owners were extremely responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Only a short walk to the clubhouse (which has decent pricing on food and drinks). About 40-50 minutes from the airport, and only about 20-25 minutes to the WDW parks.

Beautiful clean house with every kitchen appliance you could ever need. Beds very comfortable and everyone slept well. Hosts super friendly and helpful, even left us a welcome gift of wine and some snacks. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend.

    The Villa was amazing, and exactly as described. The location on the Solterra resort is great (as is gated community, and felt very secure) and is close to major routes with easy access to I4. Very happy with Shine Villas who were very responsive and made our stay easy and comfortable. Really appreciated the the little touches too (such as small welcome pack, and check in/out emails during our stay). would use again

    A very comfortable villa with an excellent layout for extended family staying. The private pool was great and the view onto the lake at the rear made it very private.
