Not had breakfast yet. I just woke up . However forget to mention on a previous stay at the villas moises and the other staff made us feel like royalty. Excellent service.
The scenery was great, beautiful views and the hotel seems nice at first glance. The Sweet Fire kitchen restaurant has a great steak and chocolate cake desert. The pinacolada cocktail at the villas pool was great. (It wasn't at all good at the main resort pool or the adults pool though). That sums it up for what we liked.
Great location to the stages for events . Perfect location for Riverwalk being at a quiet end of river. Small and quaint with beautiful and plenty of plants and hanging baskets to add to atmosphere. Good price for what you pay for but if you are looking for a good breakfast-this is not for you. Good coffee and breakfast next street in the LaVitta village

The hotel is just unique! Old cuban villa, very nice interieur and of course the 5min walk to the restaurants of the riverwalk. And all this for a price which is totally great.
Room 410 was Infested with roaches and had broken bed. Elevator was filthy dirty. Facility had a feel of detention facilities with gates on parking lot and rollaway doors in lobby office. Office attendant had pit bull dog inside office. I think executive management needs to reevaluate this facility..., desperately! Oscar Villarreal (956)457-9388
Charming and easy access to Riverwalk. I felt pampered when I left. They also pampered my pet with a luxurious dog bed provided in our room!
Wow! What a hotel - it's like stepping into a 1950's cuban villa with all the modern amenities you need, and the friendliest staff to help you when needed. We were here for honeymoon, and on arriving in our beautiful room had a chilled bottle of bubbles waiting for us with a welcome note from the hotel. It should be in small boutique hotels of the world - amazing!
At the end of the River Walk, close to Convention Center, Viallita Village, Mexican Market Center, and other nice attractions.
The staff was exceptional! The room and bedding luxurious! Excellent location!
