Very nicely remodeled house close to the beach. All the furnishings and appliances are new and work well. There is plenty of room for 4 people and is very comfortable. The back yard has a very nice outdoor space with a table for 8 and a nice BBQ, and it also has an outdoor heated shower. It has it's own parking space.

The location was perfect. I wanted to do a San Diego staycation in Little Italy & I ended up starting for 10 days. I didn’t use my car the entire time. I was able to walk everywhere & enjoy everything being so close. You can walk to the harbor, India street, all the restaurants, and parks. You’re even close enough to explore Seaport Village too if you wear comfy shoes. My view of the bay was lovely and the beds were very cozy. The staff was very accommodating and I’ll definitely stay here again.

The Ocean Villa Inn is awesome! The view of the ocean and of the bay from your (private) hotel room, having your very own private balcony (or patio, if you have dogs) to watch the sunset is by far the very BEST part about this place! At least in my opinion anyway.

The property was clean and very kept up. The landscaping was enjoyable. With the flowers in bloom it gave a nice spring atmosphere. We enjoyed the way the complex was arranged almost like little villas. We have to say the staff at this establishment is very friendly. They always greeted us with a warm smile and friendly hello. Great customer service goes a long way. They get 5 stars for that!
