The tree house was beautiful. It was truly a nice experience. It also has a full equiped kitchen. The bathroom was partially outside in an annex, but it was amazing.

I wasn't able to go, but Sarah helped me adjust the reservation so my parents and brother could stay. Both my brother and my parents told me how great their stay was, that it was beautiful and comfortable. Sarah was so helpful getting them the information they needed and keeping me posted on the progress. If I get to Albuquerque again, I will definitely book this house again.

Amazing location, good neighbors and a wonderful backyard! The host quickly helped us set up the BBQ grill, even delivered a new gas tank. Walmart is pretty close, major attractions like the Breaking Bad locations, Sandia Peak Tram, are close enough. There is enough space even for two cars (one in the garage and one outside). And there is also a cool trampoline in the backyard! :))

This unit had lots of charm, the furnishings were nice, all appliances newer with extras like coffee, spices, dishware, etc. The bed was comfortable, the couch was not a sofa-bed but comfortable to sleep on(with extra bedding provided). Love gated parking for security!! Fairly quiet area with only a bit of traffic noise. The decor and spaciousness is lovely!!! Owners communicated promptly. While we didn't have a pet, it would be ideal for pet owning travelers. Washer also in unit. Thank you!!
