Featuring a patio with lake views, pool with a view and a garden, Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Hunter Valley can be found in Pokolbin, close to Hunter Valley Gardens and 49 km from Royal Motor Yacht Club Toronto. The property has garden views. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking villa features a hot tub. The property was extremely well kept. We had two units separated by a separating door, and it worked well for our group of 4. The host was extremely thoughtful: fresh tub of butter, 2L of milk in the fridge, fresh bread, a bottle of wine, a cup of chocolates in each unit. It felt like staying on a golf course. We had the pleasure of watching the kangaroos playing on the grassy patch right in front of our window. Close to popular wineries (Audrey Wilkinson is about 10min drive, Peterson House is just down the road, Turrell is close by).

Location to the local wineries is a definite, but once we arrived the whole setting of our accommodation overlooking the 27 rows at hermitage was a bonus. The peacefulness and quality of the accommodation was wonderful.

Very accurate directions and instructions provided by the host. Easy to follow. Getting to the property and getting access was a breeze. We were 2 couples and the villa and facilities were perfect. Great view from the balcony. Everything we needed (and a lot of stuff we didn’t need) was provided. Our host also offered tips on F&B outlets in the area and every one we visited was delicious.

The holiday home provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We were greeted by very warm and friendly hosts who gave us a lot of information about Hunter Valley. The cottage was very cozy and clean. We loved eating the homemade muffins and looking at the beautiful scenery. It was a perfect stay for us. We would definitely go back to this place.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. My daughter and furbabies have never been so relaxed. The yard was every dogs drream, so much freedom to run and play. Such a privilege to stay in such a beautiful home.
