The recently renovated holiday home is equipped with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and a stovetop. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The accommodation is non-smoking. First of all, the garden was absolutely beautiful with everything blooming and the big tree with the swing was fun! It provided welcome shade when arriving home on the bikes they provided! The bikes were so handy and carried us all over the caye. We were also quite impressed with the nice ice maker that we used along with the water they provided! We were glad for the excellent washer and dryer as well. Nice air conditioner and comfy bed gave us some good nights rest after a fun day of snorkeling. Most excellent of all was the help Roberto gave us when we forgot our rental car keys and were needing to board the water taxi. He took us there on his golf cart, and then brought us our missing keys as well!

It was a really large place with a fully equipped kitchen included filtered water jugs in every villa. There was hardly anyone else there (off season), so we were able to relax by the pool or chill on the balcony completely undisturbed.

At first, we thought it was too far from town, but we actually enjoyed being away from the noise. It was a quick 8-minute bike ride into town which was fun to do. The property was nestled in beautiful foliage with a stone pathway to the grill and the pool. The bed was comfy and the property had everything you needed to enjoy a long stay. So many restaurants to choose from. The property manager, Don has exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond caring for us during our stay. Also, Kelsey was always eager to assist with whatever we needed, too.

The property was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Lovely veranda at the front of the property and pool at the back. Beds were really comfortable and could use a modern washing machine, blender, coffee machine Use of comfortable sunbeds on the jetty were great and a lovely breeze. Caye Caulker airport is on the next road to the property. Flights start to take off around 8am, and don't fly in the dark. This didn't bother us at all as the planes are small Cesna's. Walk into town was about 15 minutes with plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Bikes can be hired but walking was no problem for us
