They thought of everything from the sheets, to the towels and the cleaning material, the fille equipped kitchen was excellent. Everything is brand new. The pool is amazing and the surrounding is very peaceful. It's everything you need for a homey get away from home. The staff was very mindful and kind and helped with our queries when we said one of the faucets was leaking they got a plumber to fix it instantly.

Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Nissi beach, and 10 minutes drive from the fantastic WaterWorld water park and Ayia Napa harbour. The villa was lovely, clean and very comfortable, with A/C in every room, 3 toilets and 2 showers. The beds were great, there was a huge TV in the spacious living room, and the pool was lots of fun. There are loads of restaurants that deliver to the villa through Walt, and a great one with a huge playground for the kids midway to the beach. Several Supermarkets around too. And the landlord was so helpful, kind and available for any request. Totally enjoyed it, amazing value for money, am already recommending it to our friends and family.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It’s the perfect balance between serene seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. Lovely clean rooms, good facilities, comfy spacious beds, left us some water and a bottle of wine (we didn’t drink this!) Also allowed us to check out a bit later due to a later flight.

Located only 500m from a fantastic beach/cove with great snorkeling and not too busy. Quiet location away from business of the main part of Protaras but close enough to head in for a livelier evening. Close to a coastal path/road that’s great for a morning walk or run along the coastline. Good restaurants near by (walking distance) in Kapparis and only a short drive (10 mins) into the main strip of Protaras.

The villa was extremely comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 9. It’s located in a peaceful area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. The entire place was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool throughout our stay.
