The place is spotless, everything's new, the appliances are excellent. The place has huge TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, maybe something else. Wi-Fi is strong and stable. Though the place is small, the configuration is so smart, that you have a feeling that it is bigger than it is. I really loved the windows, they have ventilation thing and blinds. The place has free parking on site, there are a lot of eateries around, several restaurants, one of them with a playground (though we didn't like this restaurant). An ice cream café is also there. Grocery store (Netto) is 10 minutes walking. Highly recommended place!

We lived there only one night, but we would stay for much longer if it was possible. It's a great, very comfortable house. It's also unexpectedly well equipped if it comes to range of equipment but also its quality.

The location is convenient to everything in Goslar, and really feels like you're just living in the neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. My son appreciated the XBox. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication from the hosts was prompt and comprehensive. Recommended for a family. If you were 2 couples, the bathroom situation may be problematic (see my other notes).
