The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for a quiet retreat near Calais.

It was very clean and the furniture was very luxurious and beautiful, it was close to the beach and many shops which was amazing.
The location is excellent within easy walking distance to the main village. The room was a good size and had decent facilities.
Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great to have parking on the drive. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the lovely village centre with cafe, restaurant, boulangerie, supermarket and petrol station. Nice to have small garden area outside patio doors.
Unique traditional building with large rooms decorated with matching traditional furniture very clean and comfortable room with a feel of luxury. If you are looking for an authentic French building to stay in a lovely French village/town then this is an ideal place to stay. Close to the village/town square where there are numerous restaurants to choose from.
The property is exceptional, from the architecture, renovation, decoration, location and security, we could not fault it. This property was perfect for our bike packing and would be considered luxurious for general holiday adventures. It is situated close to Esquelbecq village where we experienced an exceptional lunch at the ´Au Bon Coin’. Delphine, our host foresaw everything we needed including meeting us earlier than requested because of the bad weather forecast. She provided dîner and breakfast which was of restaurant standard.
The hosts were warm and welcoming and yet allowed us our privacy. The 18th century mansion is elegantly decorated, the grounds and courtyard are stunning. The bedroom suite was fabulous and the linen clean and luxurious . The location was central yet calm and tranquil. Fantastic breakfast served in a beautiful dining room with lovely china and cutlery. We had croissants, local yoghurts and cheeses and lots of homemade produce including banana bread and jams.
Beautiful country mansion house in a quiet village location, Gilles was a lovely friendly host who served us breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Could have stayed longer….but will return.
