It was the first time we experienced enjoying a hot bath and and a breathtaking view at Kazbegi Mountains at the same time! Our experience absolutely corresponds to the first photo you see on Booking when you take a closer look at this hotel. One wall of the apartment is almost completely made of glass that makes your experience even better - beautiful view both from the living room and the bedroom! The owner is a really nice guy who helped us arrange taxi to the monastery (in winter there is no access be a normal car) and gave us a bottle of wine as a present! We highly recommend this accommodation!! 🤩

The Cottage was huge, super clean, comfortable and has all the listed amenities. My family liked it as well, the view was amazing and breathtaking. The host was super cooperative and was helpful at every point. I would definitely book it again the next time.

Additionally you are right along the start of the trail to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church and 25 mins walk from Pancheti swimming pool and mineral. The host is very responsive and always willing to help. Not to mention the view of the mountains are amazing you can see it from sitting out front and from the bedroom window.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa, it was new and comfy! Incredibly warm and cozy. The staff was very helpful, early in the morning we didn’t have any water because of pipe problems, but the manager solved the problem really quick
