By day, the mountain views are just as breathtaking — the kind that make you rethink what truly matters in life. Have you ever stood on a mountain and watched a cloud drift straight through you? Or breathed so deeply the fresh air made you feel dizzy, like a glass of fine wine? You’ll experience all that here. The cottage sits high on the mountain, about 600 meters from an authentic Svan village called Pari. It’s so secluded you can’t even see the village — just you, the mountain, and the views. The cottage is impressively spacious, with enough room for two families with kids, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts also offer delicious home-cooked meals at very fair prices, made by a local grandmother. My wife literally had tears in her eyes when she tasted the homemade meat blintzes on our first day; she said it reminded her of her childhood home cooking. Outside, the yard is full of great spots: a shaded sitting area under a fruit tree, two hammocks, a swing perched on the cliff edge (perfect for photos), and a firepit to warm up on cool nights. A supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away for basic supplies.

Brand new small cottages with living room / kitchenette plus bedroom and bathroom. High vaulted ceiling. Perfectly clean. Great-smelling wooden interior. Super friendly and helpful owner. Wonderful puppy to be friends with. I liked it so much I stayed 2 weeks. Oh, great location too, it’s nice after a long day of hiking to only have to walk 1 min to a good restaurant.

The place is absolutely amazing – peaceful, with fresh air and the soothing sound of the river. Luka and his family gave us so much attention, and it was a real joy to stay with them. He is a fascinating person to talk to, and you can approach him about any topic. My family and I received such warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences that I will remember for many years. I truly hope to visit them again one day The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and the city center. I wish Luka and his family continued success in developing their place and creating wonderful experiences for future guests

Would absolutely recommend to stay everyone planning to visit in Mestia.
