Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!! The villa is tastefully decorated, beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything a family needs for a stay. The kitchen is equipped down to the last detail - stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and inviting. Three large rooms with access to the courtyard from each room. Each room has a shower and toilet. At the exit from the living room there is a pool that faces the sea and a huge lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A few meters away is a spectacular beach. We have no words to describe such a pleasant fun experience. Mikey, the owner of the complex, is such a nice man that it was very important to him that we were satisfied throughout our stay there.We have no doubt that we will want to return.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷

The property is non-smoking and is located 100 metres from Kardamena Beach. This place is beautiful, clean, very well kept up and in a nice location. Very convenient to all the shops in Kardamena.

The host was very friendly and polite and did much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered us fruit from their trees and wonderful homemade olive oil. True Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, shop and swim. The property itself is a heaven of peace at the edge of the village, with an amazing view to the hills. It is very well made and decorated, safe, incredibly clean and well organised for a self-catering holiday. Good air conditioning. Well equipped terrace to relax. Situated by an olive grove with many lovely trees, plants and flowers growing. Perfect for a family holiday and for travellers who want to get away from it all. It is a short hike to the beach if you do not hire a car but getting around is easy on that part of the island and the nearby beaches are crystal clear and accessible. Pity we only stayed a couple of days. Thank you so much for this experience, we'll be sure to stay longer next time and recommend to our friends! Myrto
