Very peaceful and spacious villa! Lovely quality property and very aesthetic. The private pool (shaded so a bit cold) with outdoor couch was lovely and private. Staff were lovely and even though the restaurant wasn’t opened you could buy coffee from them in the morning. Definitely a place for you if you want a quiet, tranquil setting away from the crowds but also fairly easy to get to Melasti beach (clean, good swimming), Greenbowl beach (most stunning beach in the area in my opinion) but you could also get to Ungasan beach clubs and restaurants pretty easily via Grab or with a scooter.
Downtown Ubud, Ubud
Located in the centre of Ubud, Shana Homestay by EPS is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. With a garden, the 3-star villa has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Every room is equipped with a patio with views of the garden. Everything was perfect! The host was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. As guests from South Africa, me and my mom truly felt welcomed and at home. It was honestly one of the best stays we've had, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Bali! The location is also amazing — it's central and super close to everything, including the Monkey Sanctuary, delicious Ubud coffee roastery, "This is Bali" for dinner, Dang! Cookies, the market and beautiful spas just around the corner.

The location is perfect—close enough to explore Ubud’s attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The villa complex will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a kettle, an oven, a toaster, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stovetop, and kitchenware. At the villa complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Our stay at Tropical Habitat was nothing less than amazing. The location is simply beautiful. The villa is gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean and absolutely fabulous. Every staff member that we had an interaction with were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The concierge service provided via WhatsApp was great and the owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Providing food for our late arrival, a driver to pick us up from the airport and helping arrange our trips around Amed. I have to mention that our driver throughout our stay in the villa was absolutely exceptional. Sam was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about Bali and the culture. It was lovely to have him show us around the area and amazing that he is local to the Villa. Please pass on a special thank you to him.

This has been the best property we have stayed at during our three weeks in Bali and we have stayed in a few luxury villas. We had booked a villa with a private pool and it was worth the small extra money. This was great value for money as the breakfast was included and was delicious. We would definitely stay again, however, we have one grumble at the end…
I loved the place, beautiful, luxurious villas, brand new furniture, you feel like you are at home. The location is great near the main streets, cafes, restaurants, beach clubs and yoga studious. The one bedroom villa includes public pool and 2 bedroom villa is with private pool and garden. I loved the place is fully equiped with everything you need.
Wonderful central location in Ubud, just steps away from Monkey Forest, excellent bars, and fine dining options. Very quiet and private villas, we felt very secluded. Our private pool looked over lush green jungle. Bed was large and comfy. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Perfect location right on the best part of the beach, close to everything, all the facilities you could need, friendly staff and beautiful private pool villas. Decorated our room on arrival. Delicious breakfast, including barista coffee, with lots of options! Kindly provided late checkout too and organised an amazing snorkelling trip. Convenience and resort luxury. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again! Loved Lembongan Beach Club and the island so much.
Very nice private villas. We think the location is great. Its about 1.5-2 km away from buzzling Kuta/Legian/Seminyak tourist center, but far enough for some quiet night to sleep. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was OK. The Villa itself is nicely designed but we do think it starting to show its age. Perhaps the sofa and chairs cover could be changed to something leatherly for easy cleaning. But all in all, it was a great stay at Asa Luxury Villas.
Stunning property overall and incredible service. The best service of any resort I’ve stayed at. Amarterra has the luxury resort feel with the added privacy of your own villa. The villas are beautiful, well maintained and the communal pool/bar/gardens are luxurious. Breakfast was also amazing. By far the best resort we have stayed in during any visit to Bali.
