The staff, facilities, location and food are exceptional. The location is great, away from the lively centre but within walking distance to everything you need. We love the staff and would consider them our friends now. Everything is so clean and well maintained and the villas are so beautifully designed. We used the spa every day too. I can’t wait to visit again.

We originally had booked another hotel on Gili Air, but after one night decided to change due to noise from construction and rusty water filling the bath. Ari and his team welcomed us and had our villa ready within 30 minutes of booking. When staying on remote islands with limited infrastructure, I have found you typically have to temper expectations just a little, but this was not the case at Lasai. We were in villa 1, an absolutely beautiful room with cold AC, sparkling pool, soft and comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water for a nice relaxing bath. The photos on the website don’t do it justice! Very well insulated so you can’t hear the Muslim prayers at 0400, and light blocking shades ensured a restful sleep. Daily breakfast was served in the villa and a filtered water cooler made our stay extra comfortable, and the mini bar had great wine and other soft drinks. No request was too much trouble and they always replied quickly via WhatsApp. Another review mentioned the ‘delicate’ robes. I wore the robe daily, it was SO comfy and soft, and very well made. This place will forever be our go-to on Gili Air!

One of the best location on this island. The private swimming pool was the cherry on the cake. Location close to beach and city center but the faciliy is giving you free bikes. The staff is very responsive and attentive, even leaving surprise messages during turn down service every evening. Also, for guests who don’t know how to ride a scooter, the Villa provide complimentary scooter service within the Kuta region. The daily breakfast is also very yummy.

At the villa complex, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. We stayed in a small villa for a week, and our stay was fantastic – everything was simply great: the location, the design, the cleanliness – definitely worth the price. The breakfasts were very, very good, and the breakfast staff was super friendly, especially the lovely, smiling young woman. The service overall was also very kind and helpful – whenever we reported any minor issues, they were fixed right away. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again!
