The price of the room was surprisingly low for the comfort and facilities provided. There was only 1 room in the property so it had a very homely feel. There was a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby and a large supermarket 15 minute walk away. The owner was very kind and helpful. He made sure we always had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He arranged tours to Ellora and Ajanta Caves as well as transport to the airport and from the railway station. It was good to be met by a friendly face after a long train journey. The tours were very good value as well and both of the drivers tried very hard to make sure we had a good experience. The caves themselves were stunning. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

The property is close to Mahalakshmi Mandir. We were a group of 5 cyclists and required space to assemble our cycles and park our support vehicle. Porch of the property is big enough to accommodate 2 SUV's.
