Generous offer of apperol and water provides warm welcome to guests. Parking is streetside but available. Everything is close by, walking distance. Giuseppe is responsive, stopping by to make sure everything is fine. Excellent place for a base to sightsee the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent and very quiet location yet close to historic centre. Private parking is a massive bonus. Santina is very friendly and helpful. She left us a generous welcome pack which was appreciated. Also excellent restaurant recommendation. Her whats spp instructions to reach the property were excellent. All very good 👍

The owner was really friendly and was willing to help us with everything we needed, including our early check-in. If we ever visit Catania again, it would be our first choice and we totally recommend it to anyone who's planning to spend few days there.

The location is perfect, and also the breakfast. Someone mentioned that you only get a croissant and small espresso. But when we arrived to the cafeteria, we could choose any coffee, and not only croissant, but also arancini and other stuff. Maybe this has changed. The accommodation is great. Fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and we were offered a few snacks when we arrived. The owner also has his own restaurant just behind the corner. We didn’t try, but it seemed worth trying, it looked really nice in there. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The staff, and in particular Mrs Rosanna was exceptional. She suggested a great boat trip that cost 30€ per person (we met some Americans who told us they were asked for 80€). The apartment had everything for us to cook also the coffee machine. I like to buy things and live like I were one of the persons living on the island.
