The infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking scenery was an absolute highlight. We especially appreciated the courtesy staff who went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday a memorable occasion. As a vegetarian family, we were initially concerned about dining options. However, the kitchen staff were incredibly accommodating, creating delicious and healthy breakfast alternatives that surpassed our expectations. The property itself is teeming with wildlife, with numerous birds and animals spotted throughout our stay.

I very much enjoyed the peace and silence of this magical place, surrounded by the jungle and with the sounds of different types of animals. Nanda (who is the manager) was very hospitable and charming to me. Having conversations with him I learned many things from this wonderful country. I got sunburned one day and they gave me aloe vera from their garden and also for a blister on my foot. I was quickly recovered from both things. Thank you Nanda and the other staff for your kindness and generosity. I truly recommend this lovely place.

Ferran and Madura were so nice and organized everything for us! we also loved that it was really quiet and we were able to take some time off. We would for sure come back and stay with them again.

Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable beds, value for money looking forward to re visit the location.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. It is a three minute walk to the Unawatuna Beach and a 15 minute drive away from the historic 16th - 17th century Galle Fort. A beautiful stay, elegantly designed and decorated, very tasteful… the people are very friendly… the pool was beautiful. Can’t go wrong.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with free toiletries, a seating area, and a living room. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The property has an outdoor dining area. HARD TO FIND - PLEASE CHECK TIPS BELOW!! Wow, what a new, modern, beautifully styled room. Nice quiet spot off the busy road, friendly hosting family, comfy bed and sheets, plenty of space to put bags and belongings, fresh open air bathroom with large plants, a bath and shower gel/shampoo. The problem was, we have iPhones and used Apple Maps to get to the place, and we never got there! The location on Apple Maps and the address on Booking.com is wrong!! We spent hours driving around with no wifi, asking locals where it was and no one knew. And no one was answering the number provided by Booking.com. So tips, use google maps to locate the place! There isn’t any business signs, it’s a large brick/block fence with a black gate on the corner (vacant block to door). I have added photos from the street. And lastly, it is well worth finding! They are also building a couple more rooms for the future.
