The property was beautiful nestled in nature, and just a small walk from the main hustle and bustle. However, the most amazing thing about our stay was Ruwan and his family. He went over and beyond for us, he cooked us breakfast every morning, cooked dinner, took us on any adventures we wanted to experience and also organised our transport to the airport. What a lovely stay, couldn’t recommend it more.

Thankfully we stayed several days so we could experience the Sri Lankan and Continental breakfast options! The service was excellent, precise and always with a smile and pleasant greeting. We enjoyed the views, the dinners, the accommodations- everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you Suresh and staff for a memorable and relaxing end to our Sri Lankan adventure!

We had an amazing stay! The veranda outside the room is so beautiful and you can see lots of monkeys and birds. The room was comfortable and clean with a good shower and fan. The family were so attentive and offered us lots of delicious coffee and food throughout the day. They were also so helpful and even did laundry for us. We also loved our rainforest tour with Vini, it was very good value and we loved seeing the different animals and swimming in the waterfall.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming boutique hotel, tucked away on a peaceful street near Kamburugamuwa. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the surfers was a delight. The hotel's daily Sri Lankan meals were not only delicious but made us feel like part of the family. If you're seeking a home away from home, you won't be disappointed.

Saltasia Boutique Beach Villa poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Pláž Thalaramba Beach se nachází několik kroků odtud. The villa is just perfect! the location is perfect, right on the ocean and you can hear the waves all the time. no music, super calm, only 4 rooms (8guests), so its like staying at private villa, but more convenient when you are traveling without a group. breakfast and other food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. its close to coconut tree hill (famous place for sunsets) and Mirissa beach (you can walk there but a short ride with tuktuk is better). close to 2 intermediate surf spots (you can walk here) and many more in Mirissa and Weligama (a tuktuk ride). room is very comfortable as well, bed and sheets are great, the room is spacious (we had non sea view), being cleaned every day. the neighbour has a tuktuk and rents scooters, has a huge car for taxi, thus this is also very convenient. the villa is just perfect and we will definitely come back! ♥️

Ubuntu by Lantern je hotel situovaný v Mirisse ve správní oblasti Matara, 3,7 km od sídla agentury Whale Watching Mirissa organizující plavby změřené na pozorování velryb. Beautiful ocean front villa. The ocean is too rough and not swimmable, but there are several other beaches nearby, including Mirissa beach. My room was very comfortable and the food was pretty good. Also, very friendly and professional staff.

Beautiful and cozy wooden house. It has all the necessary amenities that you will need. Except a TV and AC, everything is there. It is well furnished. Has a huge bathroom, a small fridge where you can keep food or beer. The bed is huge and will accommodate 2 people comfortably and still there will be space for another person. There is a balcony too where you can sit in the open and enjoy. It's clean spacious and very close to the beach with easy accessibility to nearby restaurants and shops. There is also a grocery store right next to the house where you can buy daily groceries and also get your mobile recharged anytime you want. I had a great stay here with the hosts accommodating my needs whenever I required. If you want food they will also arrange for that however you have to inform the owner beforehand. At night there are some noises of the wood creaking, which was a little creepy but it's due to the structure of the house made on top. I would recommend every traveller wanting to stay in Mirrisa to go for this room as you will love the stay.
