The studio I slept in is extremely clean and tidy, the internet is fast, and the rooms are well equipped. The beach is also very close. The hosts of the house (Vera and Luka) are very hospitable and kind, they helped me find a parking space for free. Vila Vukotic see you next year for sure.

The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.

There is also parking lot in front of the house which is great ford Budva. Andrija is great host. Strongly recommended.

On the hill, see view, enormous (3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, private pool (big and beautifull), everything in white lines, minimal design, but with all nesseceary things. It is hard to find anything that you need thet you can't find here.. from the simple thigs (beautiful wine opener) to air conditioning, big tv, marble on the floor, and big terraces (more that one).
