We spent a fabulous 6 days at this beautiful property right on the beach. The apartment has a nice cosy feel and the location is perfect with several good restaurants in walking distance. The view from the balcony is to die for, and you just have to go down a few steps to be on the beach. Adeline is an amazing housekeeper. She made us feel at home right away and gave us tips where to buy groceries and to go for dinner. The fresh fruit and milk and water in the fridge were a very nice touch. One day, Adeline cooked a delicious creole curry for us.

With river views, this accommodation offers a patio. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Very good and quiet place with great views from big terrace. Rajesh and Madhvi are very kind and attentive people. For breakfast we have fruits, fresh bread, coffee, tea, butter, milk, jam, cereals. Big thanks to Rajesh, he helps us to make a trip to Island and the cascade nearby in our last day of stay.

The property is soundproof and is set 14 km from Le Touessrok Golf Course. Absolutely loved my stay at Mau Lakaz. The place was very neat and clean. We were offered complimentary tea bags which was great given that I am a tea lover. The view from the swimming pool was cherry on the cake. The host was very responsive. No noisy neighbours, which is a plus. Loved the master bedroom's bathroom and walking closet. Very well equipped - Iron, Hair dryer, utensils, steamer, vertical steamer iron, lots of towels (even pool towels), hangers, dish washer, hair and body shower gel (2 in 1), bbq, oven and big fridge. Kudos to that! There was also many safety signs. Thank you for hosting us Mau Lakaz.

2.5 km from Palmar Beach, Villa Bella Quatre Cocos is a recently renovated property situated in Trou dʼ Eau Douce and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio and a swimming pool. The holiday home has family rooms. Villa Bella is located in a very calm neigbourhood, and has all the accomodations one needs. Every amenity in the kitchen, fruit as a welcome gift, a washing machine with powder ready, a TV, etc.. The house is extremely clean, and all the rooms very spacious. The beds were made with clean sheets, no bugs anywhere, everything was perfect. We were very lucky to be the only hosts there, and had the entire property and swimming pool to ourselves. The people (Marco, Angelique the owner, even the neighbours) were all extraodinary in helping us adjust to Mauritius and the life there. We could always count on somebody to help us out, whether it was Angelique via the chat on booking, or Marco who lives not far at all from the property. The beach is only 5min away by car, and is gorgeous. It's the perfect place for people who like a calm environment but not far from shops, beaches etc. You need a car but that is to be expected in Mauritius. PS: the wifi is extremely good at the Villa, better than in a lot of hotels where I stayed.

We spent a fantastic month at Bay Villa in Trou d'Eau Douce and could not have been happier. The villa sits right on the lagoon, so every meal came with a sweeping turquoise view and a gentle sea breeze. The swimming pool is perfectly placed between the house and the water, which meant we could enjoy the island vibes from the pool’s edge overlooking the bay every day. Inside, everything felt designed for easy living. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. The bedrooms were airy, the beds were large and somewhat comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless throughout our stay thanks to Melisia (the housemaid) cleaning them daily. The WiFi was fast and steady, which kept work and meetings smooth, and the alarm system added peace of mind fro us during our stay. Generally, the service made the experience even better. Melisia took care of the house with a quiet efficiency that let us relax completely; she kept every room clean and handled any request we had. Isabelle was equally thoughtful, always quick to answer questions and help with arrangements, making us feel looked after from start to finish. If you are after beautiful scenery, reliable comfort, and hosts who genuinely care, The Bay Villa delivers. We left rested, happy, and already planning a return visit next year :)

The location was exotic, very calm & quiet (other than the nice sound of waves on the beach). We visited all the sight-seeing places in Mauritius over 6 days, but the best part of our entire trip was our time at this beach villa. The place is kept neat and clean by the caretaker Gillen who comes everyday (except Sunday).
