The breakfast and overall service was excellent. We had to leave before breakfast was available, so the staff arrange a breakfast tray for us at 7am. Also appreciated the added security that someone was always at the desk to hold keys and the doors downstairs were locked. Bathroom was beautiful’ loved the shower. The additional service provided for the extra money we spent (compared to other hotels on our trip) was very noticeable and great value.

The hotel looks immaculate and modern. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome for our one night in Pistoia. Great location, extremely comfortable in the Italian summer heat with individually adjustable room temperature, big confortable bed, it was great.

Honestly, the best thing was the great service and assistance from the staff, they are very kind and helpful.

Todas cosas del hotel eran muy limpios y còmodos. Los STAFFs tambien eran muy amables. Hice CHECK-IN a las 17, luego me sirvieron `HAPPY HOUR` que se pueden tomar unos vinos, spumantes y màs con unas patatas fritas y todos eran gratis. El habitacion tambìen super limpio, la cama era muy comodo,el baño era limpio. Hay el armario con la caja para cosas importantes(pasaporte,dinero y màs). Ademàs este hotel está en una ubicación muy conveniente. -A piazza della Signoria, sòlo 5min del camino. -A Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore(Duomo) 10min del camino. -Enfrente del hotel hay unos restaurantes muy bueno. ***** Tutte le cose nell'hotel erano molto pulite e confortevoli. Anche il PERSONALE era molto cordiale. Ho fatto il check-in alle 17:00, poi mi hanno servito "HAPPY HOUR" dove puoi bere alcuni vini, spumanti e altro con alcune patatine fritte ed erano tutti gratuiti. Anche la camera era super pulita, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era pulito. C'è un armadio con una scatola per cose importanti (passaporto, soldi e altro). Inoltre, questo hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda. -A piazza della Signoria, a soli 5 minuti dalla strada. -A Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo) a 10 minuti dalla strada. -Di fronte all'hotel ci sono alcuni ottimi ristoranti. ***** ホテル内の全てはとても清潔で快適で、フロントの方もとても親切でした。 チェックインを１７時頃にしましたが、ちょうど１７：３０から１時間ハッピーアワーだということで、小さなサロンでスプマンテやワインなどにスナックがついたものを無料でいただくことができました。 お部屋もとても清潔で快適、シャワーブースもごみひとつなくとても綺麗でした。 シャワーとボディソープがあり、歯ブラシはありません。 クローゼットには貴重品のための金庫もありました。 ミニ冷蔵庫あり、冷凍庫はありません。 ルームキーはカードタイプで、日本のシティホテル同様入室後、指定の場所へ差し込むとエアコンが稼働します。 ホテルの立地もとてもよく、中心地を観光してまわるのにとても便利でした。 ・シグノリア広場まで徒歩５分 ・ドゥオモまで徒歩１０分 ・ホテルのほぼ正面に美味しいレストランもありました。

The main benefits - comfort, safe, beautiful and cosy - you feel like at home (but like hundred years ago in high society of Florence)! Especially want to tell "Thank you very much!" for lady on reception - from my point of view that how should be ideal Hotel manager - very friendly, nice and sympathetic - it was a pleasure to communicate and interact with her! And Hotel is on high standard of everything - really pleasant to stay here.
