The personnel was super kind and welcoming. This place is a true gem in the region.

The hotel organises conferences and seminars, business meetings and sessions, formal dinners and other celebrations. Absolutely brilliant stay, from start to finish. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (Maria was the only name we caught, one of many excellent employees). The reception was very welcoming and our room was spotless. View across a lovely landscaped park/woods. First class food. The spa was difficult to leave - such good facilities and atmosphere. The 4 season shower experience and snow room were awesome. Cannot praise this hotel high enough, thank you!!!
