This morning or afternoon experience will give you a chance to cook tasty Perugian dishes and sample them in the home of a Cesarina. The Cesarina is a part of a network of Italian home cooks who welcome visitors into their homes and help them understand the culinary heritage of their native regions.
During this experience, you'll visit the Cesarina's house and assist them in preparing three specialities of Perugia. Your host will share some secrets of traditional Italian cooking as you sample the authentic food paired with locally produced white and red wines.
