Excellent location as near coastal walk as you can get. The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities, everything we needed for a pleasant, relaxed stay. We would certainly stay again if visiting this area.

Mel is an amazing host. The shower and bath were amazing, especially after the Llanelli 10k/Half Marathon race. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate outside in the garden. Garden furniture was nice to relax in during the evening. Restaurant St Elli along the beach was great for lunch and ice creams. The coastal path walk was easy yet stunning - and we found out after we could have rented Bromptons right outside the Llanelli train station.

Didn't hear neighbours at all. A nice 20ish minute walk into town along the coastal path & a lovely 2 minute walk to the beach! Two spacious bedrooms with dressing tables, plenty of storage, a lovely bathroom & great kitchen. We really enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony overlooking the Dock.
