The property is non-smoking and is set 44 km from Chadstone Shopping Mall. the place is clean and very comfortable! it is very well located in the Yarra Valley, close to wineries and towns. We asked to use the firepit, the owners provided us wood, kindling, starter and gloves to manage it! They even offered to light the fire for us. The view is perfect! We enjoyed a lot our stay and will for sure recommend for friends.

Superb views of Hanging Rock, kangaroos feeding a few metres from our door, great outside bbq area, everything inside spotless and shining, plus loads of room to relex in. Only problem? Mike and Jen are incredible hosts who go to great lengths to ensure that their guests have the an excellent memorable stay! Highly recommend staying with them if you are considering staying at Yarra Valley. Our 3 and 6 year old kids too loved the attention and care from the hosts!

Miles and the owners left little extras as part of the stay - groceries and fresh bread awaited us, which was so thoughtful for those arriving for a few days. The property was so comfortable and so well appointed - everything we needed was right there. It was across the road from a lovely cafe/bar/restaurant- and we had a $10 voucher provided as part of the stay too. I cannot recommend this property enough.

A Maze’N Things is 7.5 km away and Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is 10 km from the bed and breakfast. Anne and Peter were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home. Host very friendly and approachable. Everything was well thought out. Gardens were beautiful, we had a kookaburra visit us in the morning along with other beautiful birds. Seeds were provided by the host to feed them.
