This place was super clean, and modern (looked almost brand new, you could not tell the room had been stayed in before). The gym is a great addition and provides all of the basic gym needs. The pool and sauna / steam rooms provide a luxury spa type vibe. All round amazing hotel and facilities (plus great location close to the Southern Cross station).

Absolute luxury and just what we needed after a 14-hour flight. Spacious room with full ensuite including a bath and fluffy bathrobes. After a European trip involving 21 hotel stays, I can honestly say that this hotel had the most comfortable beds of the trip! Huge TV too!

The view was stunning, room was neat and well decorated with a luxury bath and spacious shower. Breakfast was excellent food.

Can't fault anything on this property. Luxury room, shower/bathroom, very comfy bed. Large TV and good sized room. The breakfast was 10/10, not a buffet but you get to choose from a menu a la carte style.

So new, modern and luxurious! Absolutely loved our stay at the Ritz , it’s deffs the best hotel in Melbourne! The hospitality feels like you’re overseas.. it was refreshing to actually feel the luxury for what you pay for! We will be going again for sure!
