What a room. It was amazingly presented and the bed just swallowed this tired traveller up. Was definitely going to go back there, but my travel plans changed, so never made it, sadly. I had jumped on a plane to get there from NZ for a funeral and was totally unprepared for travel in the US. Patrick was so helpful, allowed me to stay extra time and helped advise me to book a train, a taxi and organise the rest of my day. Super caring to a lil ol' lady who was totally out of her depth and frankly wondering what on earth she had gotten herself into. I feel like I made a friend.

Breakfast was standard fare, nothing wrong with it, hot and cold food available. The room was fine, it was close to the airport and had a shuttle available to go there. I thought the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, answering my questions quickly and accurately and even anticipating what I might ask next. I also liked that there was a nice BBQ restaurant on the same property as the hotel.
