We loved the hospitality! There was a friendly face at our every step! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the view of the mountain. This is a place to relax with good food and good music!

We were amazed by the staff, there was nothing to big or small, from the moment we walked in until we left 3 days later they were constantly making our stay wonderful. Special mention to Martine and Dimitris, also to the reception team and coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the spa facilities at Casaly were perfect for us. We cannot more highly recommend Canale, Casaly and Costa Costa beach club. Thank you all so much!

Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. The property is an experience, from the moment you walk in you are treated like a special family member from reception to servers, it was truly a great experience, staff, property and facility was exceptional. The decorations are tasty and unique touch like every thing is clean and handpicked.

Everything was amazing! Brand new hotel with tasteful decor and lovely swimming pool area. The stuff was super polite and friendly, and the location very close to several scenic beaches and the capital of the island. Would love to visit again!

Location was amazing, it is on a private beach with a heated pool and total views of the sea, The town is small and quaint with very good restaurants and a few small stores to shop for needed items. I would like to mention our host, who went out of her wat to make our stay relaxing. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, our host stayed late to receive us and found a restaurant in town that was willing to stay open late... Exceptional service, we will definitely return.

Lovely small hotel with excellent breakfast, great staff with attention to detail and always willing to help. Rooms were more than comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, shampoos are from Rituals (I loved them). They even helped with some laundries free of charge. The shared pool was amazing of course. The town is 10min to Oia, perfect place to stay and enjoy some quietness. Still we can walk to Oia for diner easily. The hotel provides a parking spot.

Everything was perfect. Super high quality, great construction. Best customer service. Super clean. We were very impressed. We think our nicest stay on the Greek islands. Breakfast was perfect and fresh, we so many choices to pick from!
