If it were possible to give an eleven, this would be the best rating for this lovely mountain inn. The hospitality that we experienced was exceptional. Our host Pavlina was warm & personable, and also as we discovered, an amazing chef. We arrived late after a long travel, tired & hungry. It seems our every need was anticipated and provided for with complete grace & charm. Pavlina served us a dinner of full of fresh ingredients and great flavors, & the little touches that you noticed on each plate revealed the soul of an artist. Pavlina served us a cheesecake of her own recipe that was so delicate & delicious, topped w/ freshly picked cherries from the garden, which is the best I've had. (Note: I grew up in lower Manhattan, perhaps the cheesecake capitol of the world.) The house itself is spacious and embodies a sense of rustic charm and luxury, and is wonderfully situated in a stunning, pristine valley populated by oak trees and riven with wild flowers. There was a fresh branch of tiny wild roses left on or bathroom shelf, which is typifies the attention to detail that the family has invested in this project. This is a highly recommended place, certainly ranking among our top traveling experiences.

this is an exceptional hotel. Dimitrius the owner is very nice, intelligent person. breakfast was the best we had in all our tour. Room was nice, very clean, coffee machine.

We had the pleasure of staying at Canale Hotel from July 4th to 11th. I must assert that it stands out as the most exemplary accommodation we've experienced to date:) The hotel's service, as well as the helpfulness, dedication, positivity and pleasant conversations of the staff, made our stay wonderful. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Each morning, our day was elevated by Christina’s impeccable breakfast service. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Martine, Maria, and Petros. Our birthday celebration and honeymoon were truly extraordinary. Additionally, Costa Costa Beach and Costa D’ora Restaurant were exceptional. We look forward to the possibility of future encounters. Thank you for everything. Kefalonia, Canale, and the team will always hold a special place in our lives🥰

An unforgettable stay at Emerald Tinos – pure perfection! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Tinos, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. The property itself is stunning—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of Cycladic charm and modern luxury. Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. This hotel offers a beautiful setting that’s both close to local attractions and wonderfully secluded. The property is impeccably maintained with modern amenities, and the views are absolutely stunning. It’s a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. The staff are exceptional and incredibly helpful, always attentive to every detail.

The property is an experience, from the moment you walk in you are treated like a special family member from reception to servers, it was truly a great experience, staff, property and facility was exceptional. The decorations are tasty and unique touch like every thing is clean and handpicked.

Privacy! Privacy is a luxury and this place had it! I don’t want to spend my vacation on a crowded beach. A dream vacation is exactly this place. A private beach (which you often have entirely to yourself) with crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs and pool floats, a perfect umbrella, and occasional fresh refreshments and cool water supplied to you! Anthoula was absolutely the perfect host. She made excellent recommendations and proceeded to secure all of our dinner reservations. We especially enjoyed her homemade treats and talented recipes.

The hotel is brand new, a family project that is stunning. The great decoration gave us Tulum vibes. The breakfast is served in the room & is super tasty. The owners of the hotel is a really nice & welcoming couple. The accommodation is cosy & comfortable. There are only 5 rooms so it makes the hotel feel special & like at home.

Other than the rooms are being superb, the star of the show was Eleni. She wasn't only our host but pretty much everything from daily beach recommendations to arranging tables at best restaurants. If you need an iron, next minute she brings one, if you loose a bag when checking out, she sends it with the next ferry. It was like feeling at home
