We loved the hospitality! There was a friendly face at our every step! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the view of the mountain. This is a place to relax with good food and good music!

We were fortunate to have had an upgrade to their sister hotel, Casaly, which was just down the street. This hotel was exceptional! The rooms were wonderful, with all the facilities one needs! Great location, within walking distance to the town centre, with lots of restaurants around! Breakfast was amazing! The staff of this establishment were absolutely outstanding, with service, recommendations etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Olga and Dimitris are amazing hosts, and they make you feel like you are at your own home. Overall experience is amazing, and that includes the breakfast that Olga prepares, which is one of the best we have ever had!

I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Everything was amazing! Brand new hotel with tasteful decor and lovely swimming pool area. The stuff was super polite and friendly, and the location very close to several scenic beaches and the capital of the island. Would love to visit again!

The place was fantastic. One of the best I have every stayed at during 20 years of Greek island explorations and a lot of traveling abroad as well. The facilities were great, the pool/jacuzzi were wonderful to use at night and the host did everything to make us feel comfortable. We loved the snacks she prepared for us during our stay at the beach and also letting me pick some of the wild oregano that grows everywhere around the property. She really made a difference when it comes to making our stay more enjoyable.

Other than the rooms are being superb, the star of the show was Eleni. She wasn't only our host but pretty much everything from daily beach recommendations to arranging tables at best restaurants. If you need an iron, next minute she brings one, if you loose a bag when checking out, she sends it with the next ferry. It was like feeling at home

Excellent! The place is very warm and welcoming! It's a family business, managed by a mother and a daughter, both very nice, welcoming and helpful! The hotel is Nicely decorated, reminding you of the sea and vacation. Everything was very organized, super clean and beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best we had, and we have been in many hotels. Everything was very tasty and authentic. The hotel played a big part on our stay, and our impression of the island that made us want to go back! Ps they also gave us a handmade gift!
