Ideal for a retreat away from the crowd. * The staff: very friendly and professional, you feel like with friends specially with the owner and Manager. * The facilities: from infinity pool to the resting kiosks, the restaurant, the rooms, the walking areas, between the bungalows, the background music, the lighting, everything was perfect. * Value for money: since it was an reopening offer, the price was very convenient.

Absolutely perfect, great value for money, cosy, homely, and the bathrooms are really nice with nice tiling and clean feel. Unusually soft beds for Laos, which was nice. Food was delicious as well. The owner is awesome, and really helpful if you for any questions. The dog is a bonus. Recommend highly, just understand that it's a bit out of town, but scooters are available for rent.

huge Mekong waterfront property perfect for sunset watching! great team and they will do everything they can to cater to your needs. they have even managed to get me train tickets for which I’m immensely thankful. great job Henry & Team!!

Great location with a warm welcome. Breakfast was good, and the room offered beautiful open views. The staff were very friendly and courteous, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing property with a unique Lao style interior. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Although the property is located away from the centre the hotel offers pick up and drop off to the centre and night market.

I LOVED this place so much! I spent 6 nights at Fides recently and can't rave about it enough. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was so spacious and clean (I am claustrophobic so this was a huge deal for me). I don't think I have ever been on a cleaner property in all of my travels. I expect to see a few bugs here and there in the tropics but nothing at Fides. The staff was incredibly friendly and the owner was present on the property and helpful. I travel a lot for my job and this place was a major standout.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel — from the staff to the location, the breakfast, the free bicycles, and the swimming pool. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I wouldn’t change a thing. The hotel staff were outstanding — not only friendly and welcoming, but genuinely helpful. They assisted us with changing our train tickets and even helped manage bookings at other accommodations. There was truly nothing they couldn’t handle. The property itself is exceptional, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it’s only a 10-minute bike ride through beautiful Luang Prabang to reach the old town center. A perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality — highly recommended!

Jessica (the receptionist/manager) was very friendly and very helpful. She arranged a tour for us and transfers to the railway station.The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. All in all, excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend this hotel.
