Excellent customer service, highly recommended!While some of their facilities were inaccessible due to the recent river flooding, they compensated with a lot of amenities including room upgrades. They even custom made a cake for my mom's birthday. All staff are kind and accommodating. We also appreciate the flexibility of their transport facilities and their prompt communication.

The facilities are amazing: buildings, gardens, restaurant, pool, gym... everything is charming and well designed.
Service: even though it was new year time, and they were most probably very tired, all the staff was present and caring. We really appreciated them going extra mile preparing a late informal dinner for us, after restaurant opening hours.
The owner were around and you can feel their dedication and desire to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction (e.g. free upgrade).
The food was really tasty also, with fruits front the garden on the table.
Beds are hard and really comfy if you like this type of mattresses.

Super comfortable stay in a quiet area. You sit outside and enjoy a quiet breakfast. The beds are great! The shower is perfect temperature with good pressure. The host will help you book tours or anything you need. We would love to have stayed longer

Kind nice staff, the driver is a very nice person helped me to go center and to a local restaurant and also gave me a free ride to supermarket. He ll give you advices on where to go and main attractions also the hotel offer free kayaking

It was a nice trip to Luang Prabang.
It was a nice trip to Luang Prabang. The place I stayed right on the Mekong River and the markets so the location was perfect. However, the hotel was kind of run down so we were a little bit sad. The people were friendly and helpful even their English is limited or non-existent. The tours was reasonable and interesting, especially the Kuangsi Waterfalls and Pakou Caves. The street food was awesome and cheap.
Above all, LP definitely a must see city in Laos.

It’s very relaxing and easy to get around which are both a plus and minus. It’s great if you don’t want to do much as you will probably max out your activities over 2 days. Which was perfect for our 4 day trip

A fairy tale town in a lovely country. One of the world's best (and I've seen more than my share), Such lovely people. The power of a smile!!!
You'll quickly recognise the better eateries, of which there are plenty for all tastes. Bouang was one.
If you want photographs - and you will - just be patient: crowds clear, clouds clear, and you will get your lifetime best photos!
