Staff, facilities and the property itself is amazing. We stayed there on our way from Dar to Mwanza. We stayed with two of our small dogs. Food was good too. They even packed our breakfast early in the morning as per request. Would love to visit again.

It is hard to describe the beauty of the place and hospitality of the owners Pia and Hasim... We traveled with our kids a lot but never had such a royalty treatment as in Aftican Paradise. Whole place is astonishing, location heaven like, rooms are very clean and comfortable, stlylished with a lot of love. And food, omg, the food.... So creative and tasty, portions are big and the prices are more than fair....you really dont have to go anywhere else. And above all that, the hospitality that it couldnt be experienced often... From the minute we walked in we felt like at home, and the owners made our stay one of the most beatiful memorys of our lifes. This place is a gem! A new hotel with a big heart, right by the ocean, surrounded by peaceful gardens and a stunning pool. The rooms are spacious and stylish, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, and very friendly staff. We came for 2 days We stayed for a week All what is said is true and even better. It’s like moving into a gallery every thing is so beautifully organized, the food is Devine and the swimming pool is actually one u can enjoy your swim!! ( of curse their is a Hoppo zone as well 😉). If you like to pay a little more and get a lot more this is the place for you.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at African Bungalows in Nungwi, Zanzibar. This cozy gem exceeded all my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. The food is absolutely delicious, every meal was a treat! The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with a lovely pool. And the hotel is just a one minute walk to the stunning beach. The rooms are clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay and the bed was very comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time. Another standout feature is the generator so you never have to worry about power interruptions. If you’re looking for a perfect spot for relaxation with excellent food and service in Zanzibar, I highly recommend African Bungalows. I’ll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Pangani Cliffs! The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and cared for. The food was outstanding, every day brought a new dish prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They also arranged a fantastic boat trip to Maziwe Island, where we had a great time. We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

The room is clean, the staff is very friendly and over all everything is good, great location in the heart of Nungwi, out of the hotel there is everything,restaurants, markets, etc.. 2 minutes from Nungwi beach.

The rooms are beautifully styled with local touches, and impeccably maintained. The natural materials add a luxurious yet grounded feel. Staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant served some of the freshest, most flavorful meals we had in Zanzibar, with an emphasis on local ingredients and oceanfront dining under the stars.

The hotel is very tidy, clean, and very quiet. It overlooks a very beautiful beach. The best part is that it's new and makes you feel like you're really in Zanzibar. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I especially like the hotel manager, Jola, who was wonderful and welcoming. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy this comfortable and wonderful place. I would like to thank the hotel owner who offered us free massage sessions, as Ali was friendly and hospitable as well.

I liked every single thing in the property.. starting from the staff welcome 🙏🏻 to checkout.. The lobby, restaurant, pools and villas are all perfect 😍
