The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite and going out of their way to help us getting around. We loved how they had extra toothbrushes, razors, bathing supplies and travel sized toothpastes ready for us, in case you’d forgotten anything. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, we had a view of mount Arumeru and a nice balcony.
We Enjoyed some drinks at the nice bar / pool area and had a tasty complete breakfast at our desired time in the morning. Lovely stay, thanks again for the perfect service!

Very nice staff, Simon, Rose, the guy at the reception and the cook (I’m sorry I don’t know your names) were absolutely lovely, helpful and always joyful.. Hakuna matata! :)
Place was tidy, food was good and the pool clean.. we found this to be a great place to chill for a few days after a long Safari trip.
There’s two stores, a pharmacy, liquor store and other small vegetable vendors nearby.

Ladies, I suggest flat footwear as heeled shoes are Impratical and dangerous. Footpaths are uneven and in some places there are none, there open drains with and without cover. The ground is uneven in places.
People are extremely helpful and otherwise.

My stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was truly unforgettable.
My stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was truly unforgettable. What I loved most was the serene atmosphere and breathtaking scenery that surrounded me. Taking a leisurely walk around Lake Duluti, listening to the sweet melodies of the birds, and enjoying the warm hospitality of the friendly staff made my experience truly special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met.
However, I did encounter a minor issue with a water leak in my bathroom, which I hope the management will address to maintain the high standards of the resort.
Overall, my stay at the Arusha Serena Resort was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway.

I loved the cool weather and pleasant people (mostly). Our taxi driver was so kind and considerate, ensuring we found our accommodation and were well settled in. Others helped me get the currency right till the numbers clocked in right in my brain, making sure I didn't lose money or get taken advantage of.
Life is relaxed there.
Loved the cuisine. I also attended a wedding and experienced new culture
It was worth my time! We had a cook who made us superb meals!

This is a beautiful property with lodging in individual huts, that provide plenty of room. The rooms are nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. - full of flowers and manicured grass. Nice to wake up to the singing or birds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I also had two evening meals. The service was outstanding, as was the options for dinner. Everything was well prepared.
Our party was late getting to the property, but I called and advised them to which they replied no problem. They held the dining room open for us around 9:30 pm.
I highly recommend this property while staying in the Arusha area.
