“For this hotel I would put more than just "10" points! It will stay in my memory for a long time ) We were met by a friendly host of this house - the rooms very very cozy, modern, clean, with a super comfortable beds and with a nice lake view! The location is perfect - in the pine forest, and the Loch Ness can be seen from the room and from an amazing terrace, where you can have a glass of wine or whiskey from the bar (which has a great selection of different whiskey). Breakfast and dinner were delicious! The location itself is very nice and it was sad that we spent just one night there, because if you stay for a couple of days you can have a walking tour in the forest, visit waterfalls and Loch Ness lake. There are 2 walks (short and long) to the lake - long took us 35 min, but it was a pleasure to enjoy the surrounding nature and small rabbits - there are plenty of them in the forest! I advice this place to anyone who want spend unforgettable holidays in Scotland and already plan to come back for a longer stay, because it is very quiet and beautiful place.”

Located in a small village, 20 miles from Inverness, the Foyers Bay Country House is set in private grounds and has stunning views over Loch Ness.
“The owners were very nice and the room had a great view of Lochness. There were two comfortable chairs facing the window and a shared balcony which we didn't get a chance to use because of the weather. The bathroom was good with a standup shower and a small light over the toilet as well as an overhead and a heated towel rack.”
