“Apartment was very very clean, in the kitchen were all the facilities for cooking, sheets and blankets were super clean. Great location to the beaches. Car park available infront of the stay. “The appartment is located 200m from the old church of Premantura, but separated from the center with a private road and car parking in a quiet corner of the old town. The owner is an artist and his paintings are giving the interior a lively feeling. The appartment has a very good airco which keeps the entire house cool from the hot summer sun. A wide choice of restaurants (try Fra-Kat!), bike rental, shops and ice cream parlour are all on walking distance. From Premantura, we had access to the sea through the Kamenjak natural park with its beautiful bays (beach is rocks only, bring your cushions!) and also visited the historical towns of Motovun and Groznjan.
