“I am going to write a review for this place because I almost did not go there after reading the previous reviews! First of all the dorm is $3 a night! Awesome! The view from the bar deck is simply stunning!!! The staff is super friendly and smiley... maybe they are not all fluent in English but well I do not speak Khmer either! They always try to help you even if they have no idea what you are asking for.. google translate helps! The dorm is big and has big beds! It was clean when I got there but honestly I did not check under the bed! It is kinda hot now (end of February) but there are 2 fans... they offer a/c rooms too but if you choose the 3$ fan dorm just remember it gets hot!!! I had a lovely stay and I hope to be back soon!”

“I stayed for a eight days while I tried to find an flat to rent. I had an en suite room, really clean, and the staff were so lovely. The owner Andreas was kind and helpful. The food in the tokae restaurant is really fresh and tasty, a great place to meet other travellers too. They offered tours/rentals/bus tickets/maps all that kind of thing, again really helpful. For a backpackers in the eastern provinces they are a great all rounder in a prime spot.”
