“I booked two rooms. In the beginning the hotel only found one room in my booking but everything is correct in my Booking.com's confirmation. I have no room to stay because of the mismatch. The manager (a lady but unfortunately I forgot her name) was trying very hard to figure out what's wrong in their system. To accommodate me, she tried to arrange me another hotel, also kindly offered a free buffer dinner to compensate their mistake. Luckily it was one of their staff's mistake that she mixed up my name with another hotel guest so the reception couldn't find the other room for me. It was very late at night, but the manager also arrange the hotel restaurant to remaind open until I finished my check in. Since the problem is solved, I am happy to count my dinner to my room bill. However the manager still came and apologized, insisted to provide a free buffet dinner as she said earlier. I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. It is absolutely not because of their free buffer dinner, it is because the hotel is trying very hard to keep their guest's satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again next time.”
