The place is a family run business and they are very welcoming. The host explained us about the location and about Pamukkale. The property is located at about 3km from Pamukkale North Gate and at walking distance from the main Bazaar. The breakfast spread was the highlight. Home made food and very fresh fruits and cheese.

Very well maintained property with comfortable beds and clean linen. The staff were very accommodative and helpful to plan our stay and trips around. They upgraded our rooms and it had a huge thermal bath in our own bathroom! Most recommended if you ever plan to stay around Pamukkale.

Incredibly relaxing and comfortable place! The design of the hotel is perfect: the indoor swimming pool is located kind of in the middle of the lobby, and amazing smell and sound of water is all around. It's very calming, and it's all you need for a relaxing holiday. Outdoor thermal pool is great, too. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room facilities were convenient. And last, but not least: staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

Situated in Karahayıt, 4 km from Travertines of Pamukkale which is a preservation area of UNESCO, Hierapark Thermal Hotel boasts an thermal indoor and outdoor pools. Actually we were a little bit confused because of the others reviews. But when we come here - in the middle of nowhere :) - we were amazed... After more than 5 hours driving the hotel welcomed us so cosy and comfortable that we just like it from first sight. Everywhere is super clean. The room is big enough - double and single bed. We took deluxe double room for 2 adults and one child for 100eur for accommodation with dinner and breakfast. It's a huge hotel with a lot of swimming pools - inside and outside. Sometimes it could be overcrowded, but the place is enough. The restaurant is comfy and with beautiful view. The nature spring and thermal pool with mineral water is splendid. There is a variety of food, not great, but OK. It is just 2 km from North gate to Pamukkale, but it's better to use the central entrance. But have in mind that the swimming area is great, the garden, the sunsets, the program every night - live music, belly dancing... Plan at least 2 nights here!
